This privacy policy of the Terrass'' Hotel is an annex to the GTC ("General Conditions") and therefore has contractual value. In case of contradiction between the GTC and the present policy, the GTC will prevail, which the user of our sites recognizes and accepts.
The present policy of protection of personal data testifies to the will of the Terrass'' Hotel to be totally transparent towards the user of the site on its way of managing its personal data and integrates the last requirements resulting from the applicable legislation and regulation and in particular from the European regulation on the protection of personal data (RGPD).

The purpose of this Personal Data Protection Policy is to inform the User about the way in which the Terrass'' Hotel manages the personal data of the users of its websites, whether or not they are customers (hereinafter "Users").

The only recipients of Users' personal data are :
- the relevant departments and employees of the Terrass'' Hotel and the Biografy group (in particular: IT, sales/marketing and operational departments) are bound by specific data protection obligations;
- the companies that assist Terrass'' Hotel in the operation and/or exploitation of the sites;
- The subcontractors of our hotels.
These structures only receive the personal information strictly necessary to make a reservation and to call back clients.
The processing of personal data by these structures is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

The User has access to the rights detailed in Chapter III of the GDPR, including the following rights:

The Terrass'' Hotel is very vigilant about the security of personal data and takes all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal data.
Personal data collected is stored by the Terrass' Hotel or its service providers, and is protected by physical and electronic access controls, firewall technologies and other reasonable security measures.
