Vincent Larigaudie, pastry chef at Le Terrass'' Hotel, proposes the traditional Yule log, revisited with a modern twist. A chestnut delight, with a fondant cookie, smooth cream and a touch of blackcurrant, all covered with a milk chocolate mirror glaze.
