Kalon is a fitness concept devised by former cabaret dancers with a passion for fitness, combining disciplines such as pilates, yoga and floor barre. An intense workout accessible to all, all set to lively music.

POWER YOGA
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 11AM TO 12PM
This dynamic yoga session will work on every aspect of your fitness. You will progress in your postures and be guided through various flows to challenge your body and mind.
CARDIO BARRE
SATURDAY SESSIONS FROM 4:00 PM TO 5:00 PM AND SUNDAY SESSIONS AT 4:00 PM AND 5:00 PM
Cardio barre is "THE" signature discipline of Kalon: dance, fitness and pilates to sculpt a dancer's body and work the body from head to toe.
