Kalon is a fitness concept devised by former cabaret dancers with a passion for fitness, combining disciplines such as pilates, yoga and floor barre. An intense workout accessible to all, set to lively music.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 11AM TO 12PM
This dynamic yoga session will work on every aspect of your fitness. You will progress in your postures and be guided through various flows to challenge your body and mind.

ON SATURDAYS ONE SESSION FROM 4 TO 5 PM AND ON SUNDAYS TWO SESSIONS AT 4 AND 5 PM
Kalon barre is "THE" Kalon signature discipline: dance, fitness and pilates to sculpt a dancer's body and work the body from head to toe.

Le Terrass'' Hotel welcomes Kelly and her Yoga Flow Club on Sunday, April 28. To kick off the day, Kelly offers a yoga practice and musical awakening for babies up to 2 years old, followed by a Kids workshop for children aged 3 and over, with yoga, hip hop classes and a rhythmic workshop.
