OUR SOCIAL ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
At Terrass’’ Hotel, and more broadly across the Biografy group of hotels, we firmly believe that we all have the resources, imagination, and abilities to do our part in a rapidly changing world.
Our ambition is to strive every day to become a more responsible and environmentally friendly model. We are devising, testing, and gradually rolling out new solutions in our hotel to limit our environmental impact, but also to give you the means to take action and contribute on your own scale during your stay with us. "Because transformation happens individually, but it is collectively that the magic happens!"

Thanks to our daily efforts and all the measures we have taken, we are delighted to have been awarded the Green Key label in 2026.
The Green Key label criteria require respect for nature and people, in particular through
, control of water and energy consumption, environmental waste management, leisure activities that do not harm nature, and promotion of the region's natural assets and stakeholders.

The index has been designed as a practical tool for advancing gender equality within companies. It comprises 4 indicators:
- The gender pay gap - score : 39/40
- The difference in individual pay rises for women and men - score obtained: 35/35

- Parity among the ten highest earners - score : 10/10
Methodological clarifications:
The hotels refer to the year 2024, i.e. from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The workforce of the 5 hotels was broken down by socio-professional category: employees, supervisors and managers.

- Employees made available by an external company, including temporary workers where applicable.
- Employees whose contract is suspended for more than 6 months during the reference period.
